Teresa Jankovic has been a dancer, choreographer and educator throughout California for over twenty-five years. As a professional performer, Jankovic was a founding member of BARE Dance Company. Jankovic earned both her B.A. and M.F.A. from the University of California, Irvine where she served as Rehearsal Director to the late Professor Emeritus Donald McKayle. Currently she is Associate Faculty at Irvine Valley and MiraCosta College and part-time lecturer at California State University, Long Beach. Her choreographic work has been featured at several colleges and venues including UCI, CSULB as well as American Ballet Theatre Summer Intensives, YAGP, Spotlight Awards, San Diego Dance Theater's White Box, and contemporary dance company, LITVAKdance. Teresa also enjoys creating dance for the camera works, exploring new and innovative ways to story tell.
