A workshop that teaches you how to be in a conSENSUAL relationship with your own body. Facilitated by Jayda aka “Sex Positive Asian Auntie” this workshop helps folks across all sexualities develop a sensual connection to their body and their environment. Jayda utilizes the “Yes-to-No Spectrum of Consent” as a framework to guide folks through sensual mindfulness exercises.  Participants will learn how to identify when their body is saying “yes”, “no”, or something in between, and walk away feeling grounded in their body’s desires.
