Join us for our annual Trans Visibility event! In addition to an open-mic we will be showcasing art from Trans-identifying students, and partnering with the Cove Closet for students to have access to gender-affirming clothes. We’ll even have a stylist on hand! Our community partners will also be present to share resources with students.

Creating a ConSENSUAL Relationship with our BodyTuesday: April 16th, 202412:30 PM – 2:00 PMStudent Union 213
A workshop that teaches you how to be in a conSENSUAL relationship with your own body. Facilitated by Jayda aka “Sex Positive Asian Auntie” this workshop helps folks across all sexualities develop a sensual connection to their body and their environment. Jayda utilizes the “Yes-to-No Spectrum of Consent” as a framework to guide folks through sensual mindfulness exercises. Participants will learn how to identify when their body is saying “yes”, “no”, or something in between, and walk away feeling grounded in their body’s desires.

Queering ChristianityWednesday: April 17th, 202412:00 PM – 1:45 PMFaculty House
Reverend Dr. Monica Corsaro from Fairview Community Church will be leading a discussion about what being LGBTQ+ and Christian may look like. This is a safe and affirming space for folks to be able to talk about past experiences with the church, and a starting point for anyone who may be seeking a spiritual connection through Christianity.

Join us for an evening of fun & games at The Harbour as we close out Pride Week with a GAYme night. We’ll have all types of games: board, outdoor, video, etc. and of course, we can’t have games without finger foods and snacks!

Pride Scholars Community
Pride Scholars is a community LGBTQIA+ students and their allies to connect with one another. Monthly meetings provide students with the opportunity to connect with faculty & staff who can help you advocate for their needs, learn about on- and off-campus resources, and have discussions about LGBTQIA+ topics of interest.
